There’s
sufficient time for you to think on what course/ subject you want to study. But
it’s a painstaking job to go through the decision to choose a career.
Wide
varieties of courses are offered to SLC completed students. What you have to do
is just pick one among them and go through it and give best of yours to become
success. Here I am trying to compile the courses you can go after 10th.
There is no any occupation inferior to other, what u have to do is be
proficient in your field. You can opt any of following courses:
1.
+2 courses:
It is the course designed by
Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB) started in 1992. Under HSEB following
subjects are offered:
a.

It is the most renowned +2 scheme because it
paves path for engineering and medicine. Under science you have to study
English, Nepali, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and mathematics. These students
enjoy lab practical.
In grade 11 maths and
biology are compulsory while in 12 you can opt either maths or bio or both.
Students targeting for engineering choose maths while those for medicine have
to study bio.
It is seen that students
feel it harder to study so float to commerce or other faculties later on.
b.
Management: Commerce and management comes under this.
These two are almost same but management offers wide scope. Business, trade,
accounting, marketing, economics are commerce subjects. Management students
also have to study the management of business organizations like hotels and
tourism. Like science students they have to study English and Nepali. Students
having interests in business o banking, finance can go through management.

It is an advanced level GCE (General Certificate of Education)
qualification. It is equivalent to +2. It is course designed by Cambridge
University, London accepted over 60 countries. One benefit is students can
choose from wide verities of subjects and can ignore those subjects he doesn’t
feel like to study. For e.g. one may choose to study physics and economics at
